J- I love holidays (obviously, I’m a gift concierge), but I’m not going to lie, after putting great gifts together for other people it gets hard to stay creative when gifting to the love of my life. To top it off we are busier than I expected us to be for Valentine’s Day, so I needed to find something for A that was quick and easy to do. My first thought was to search for a cute printable that would work well with a food item. If you’ve never used printables, try them. They are so simple to use. You can check out my first experience with printables when I styled an open house for my friend Fatima .
I became totally inspired when I found this blog post by eighteen25 . A loves muffins and the printable that says, “So glad you’re my stud muffin” was perfect. Since these are for Valentine’s Day, I didn’t want to get him just any blueberry muffin. I needed the best blueberry muffin. So I contacted Cassie from Boujie Baking Co . to see if I could order one of her heavenly creations. These are A’s favorite and since I know the ones I make don’t even come close, it was an easy decision not to make them myself.
Then once I got the muffins I put them into these baking boxes I picked up from Michael’s, downloaded the printables, printed them from my office printer, cut them out, tied ribbon around the box and affixed the printable and wallll la, it looks like this.
Since this turned out so cute, I didn’t stop there. I found a super cute printable here at caramel potatoes that are perfect if you wanted to do something with just one muffin. That one turns out like this. How cute are these!?!
One of the printables you get from eighteen25 looks like this. I thought this was a pretty cute idea too.
